Method of Refund
Any product purchased from Peachy Clean can be returned and your credit card refunded if goods are returned unopened and in their original condition, within 7 days from receipt of goods. The credit card refunded, will be the credit card which you ordered with. The value of the product will be refunded only, not the freight portion. The customer is responsible for the return freight cost of any items back to Peachy Clean and must ensure that they are well packaged. Refunds will not be granted if returned items arrive damaged due to poor packaging.
All Australia shipments excluding PO Boxes will be dispatched by TOLL DX Express (Overnight to all Australian Major Cities), within 48 hours of placing your order.
Shipments within Australia will be charged at the rate per kilogram as outlined by TOLL
Orders over $150 within Australia will be delivered free.
Most destinations in Australia will be within 7 working days. Remote destinations may take longer
Peachy Clean does not take responsibility for products lost in transit or mail theft.
If for any reason stock is not available, you will be notified by e-mail or at the point of purchase. You may still place the order and stock will be shipped to you immediately on it’s arrival at Peachy Clean with any out of stock items delivered to you as soon as possible with no extra fee.
All International orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of placing your order, or as soon as possible following a weekend period.
Shipments made internationally will be charged at the rate per kilogram as outlined by Australia POST or other dispatch/delivery/courier service used to fulfill your order.
Most destinations World Wide will be delivered within 5-10 working days.
Remote destinations can take up to 15 working days.
Peachy Clean cannot guarantee these exact shipping windows. Each shipment is different and will vary from Country to Country.
Tracking of parcels is not available in all countries. Where possible we will endeavour to use a tracking system. Peachy Clean will not refund or resend any orders lost in transit or stolen.
Note: Due to customs regulations and circumstances beyond our control, there may be some countries or regions that we may be unable to ship to. Should this apply to your country you will be notified by e-mail and the credit card used to purchase will be refunded for the price of the product only.
A customs declaration must accompany all international shipments. We are required to state the value of the goods to customs. This will be as per the order value (AUD).
All international orders will be paid in AUD.
International Taxes and Duties.
Any International Taxes & Duties are payable by yourself (our Customer). Peachy Clean will utilize the best methods to minimize costs of taxes/duties/customs & freight where ever possible to make your experience in purchasing our product on line, as happy and easy as possible.
Track your order online
For International shipments, a consignment note number will be despatched via email for your reference where available
You can track the progress of the shipment at any time, via shipping companies website - tracking facilities if parcel tracking is available in the country - for example, products shipped to Canada by Australia Post are not able to be tracked.
Privacy & Security
At Peachy Clean, we want your on line shopping experience to be a pleasurable, fun, safe and easy.
We have gone to great measures & installed security programs, to ensure all information used on our website is kept between Peachy Clean and Yourself.
All of your personal data (name, address, credit card number) will be kept secure, so it cannot be read by anyone over the internet. We are bound by the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988, which set out a number of principles concerning the protection of your personal information. Peachy Clean will not sell, rent or disseminate your personal information to other parties.
We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, Peachy Clean will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. This liability will be covered when Peachy Clean sights all documentation from a recognized bank confirming that the charges were made from our website, and were not authorized by the card holder.
Liability of Peachy Clean
Please check all your order details and pricing carefully before processing your order. All costs at checkout are final. Peachy Clean will not take responsibility for any product lost or stolen in transit or after delivery, or that is addressed incorrectly due to miss information given on your order form. Items are shipped with tracking but require no signature upon delivery so please ensure orders are addressed to a safe property.
Returns and Cancellations
We regret we cannot offer a refund once the product or its packaging has been opened and/or used for safety and health purposes. Please check the price at checkout as this is the final price and no refunds will be given for price matching or previous sale prices.
When shopping at Peachy Clean online, all products sold are of the exact same standard and quality of those sold in stores. If for any reason, you believe the product is faulty/defective in any way (colour, texture, smell don't seem right), you may request an exchange of opened product.
Peachy Clean will exchange a faulty/defect product if it is found there was a production error.
If it is found the product is NOT faulty, the customer will be charged the shipping fees.
If it is found that the product IS faulty, the product will be replaced (the same size and value of the original product ordered) and shipping will be paid for by Peachy Clean.
To do this, you must obtain a return authorization number via email.
Email your personal details, invoice number and product, along with the reason you believe the product is faulty to email@example.com
This will enable us to allocate you a return authorization number & inform you where to send the faulty product.
Cancellations: Due to the order processing of our web site we cannot accept cancellations. Please make sure you select your products carefully.
